These days we live in a world where many people do not possess patience. With the increasing modern conveniences, everyone expects instant results and gratification. People must understand that everything that happens in life happens for a reason and in God's time. Just about everything in life takes time to build and develop, such as relationships, careers, and financial stability. Rome did not become a powerful empire in one day. Sometimes God puts us in difficult situations, for a time, to test our faith and patience. So be patient with others, yourself, and God and you will always encounter the results you desire.

ReplyDeleteThis makes me think of prayer and waiting for the answer. Some times the answer may not be what we want at that moment, but our Heavenly Father loves us and knows what we need in that moment. Sometimes we also can alter the answer with the choices we make. Not being patient and making a hasty decision, at the wrong time, can prolong our answer also. Just that little bit of patience, in the long run, can hasten the true desired satisfaction and not second best!
